Job Description

Job Summary:
The ES Oracle Cloud Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud Enterprise Systems (ES) modules. The role involves overseeing technical and functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery, and providing strategic guidance for optimizing Oracle Cloud solutions in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle Cloud ES implementation projects, including planning, configuration, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Oversee technical and functional teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Configure and customize Oracle Cloud modules (HCM, Financials, SCM, Procurement, or relevant modules) as per business needs.
• Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud integrations, extensions, and data migration strategies.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and compliance standards.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for end-users.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, provide solutions, and ensure system stability.
• Monitor system performance, recommend enhancements, and optimize processes.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and dashboards for senior management.
