We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our HR Internship Program. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment with structured training and mentorship and 5 Days Office Saturday will be WFH
Key Responsibilities:
- Resume screening and job posting on Naukri.com and ATS platforms
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
- Supporting salary negotiation, documentation, and offer roll-out
- Preparing and maintaining HR data using Excel and PowerPoint
- Assisting in soft skills training and mock interviews
- Participating in live recruitment processes and candidate evaluations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
