Job Description

Process:- Telesales Officer (Star Health Insurance)

Location:Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai

What Youll Do:

• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, clearly explaining insurance products
• Build relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up diligently
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a target-driven environment
• Deliver excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly

Who Were Looking For:

• Minimum HSC/Graduate qualification
• Proven telesales experiencefreshers need not apply
• Marathi language proficiency is mandatory, along with good command over Hindi and English
• Documentation such as offer letters or experience certificates is required to verify experience
• Candidates should be under 30 years of age

What We Offer:

• Competitive in-hand salary ranging from 18,000 to 28,000 per month, with an annual package up to 4 LPA
• Fixed shift timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with rotational weekly offs
