Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and validate learning objectives and course outlines.
Review scripts, readings, and assessments for technical accuracy.
Provide demos/screencasts for clerical tasks, checkout systems, and POS workflows.
Validate practice quizzes and assessments.
Participate in client discussions when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors in Office Administration, Business, Retail, or Hospitality.
46 years of professional experience in clerical administration or checkout/POS operations.
Expertise in documentation, office tools (MS Office Suite), billing workflows, and KPIs tracking.
Strong communication skills and ability to simplify concepts for learners.
Prior training/eLearning content development experience desirable.
