Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone (international voice).
  • Resolve issues related to orders, payments, and account management efficiently.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering top-quality service.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining data confidentiality.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Maintain flexibility to work in night shifts and varying schedules as per business needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum educational qualification: 10+2; graduates and postgraduates are welcome to apply.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply; candidates with prior BPO experience will have an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English communication (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Comfortable working night shifts and flexible with shift timings and weekly offs.
  • Residing in Delhi only.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Base Pay ranging from 3,85,000 to 4,56,750 per annum.
  • Additional Benefits:
    • Zeta Meal Card: 1100/month (13,200/year)
    • Internet Allowance: 1250/month (15,000/year) Work From Home Support
    • Health Insurance Benefits up to 5,00,000
    • Night Shift Allowance: 150-225 per shift (depending on shift timing)
    • Overtime Allowance as per business requirements
    • 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off (days off may vary based on business needs)
