Job Title: Senior Process Executive - O2C Voice (Collections)
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Shift Timing: Australia Shift (2 AM to 12 PM IST)
We are hiring a dynamic and skilled Senior Process Executive - O2C Voice to manage Accounts Receivable and Collections. This role demands strong voice communication skills, accounting knowledge, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and drive effective collections
- Address and resolve queries from irate or escalated customers
- Maintain accurate records and follow ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Uphold service quality and customer satisfaction standards
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong voice support experience in O2C / AR / Collections
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult conversations
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Positive attitude and commitment to long-term growth within the organization
