Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Manage bulk hiring campaigns for multiple positions simultaneously.

1-6 years of experience in recruitment or related field.
Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with clients effectively.
Proficiency in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate pipelines.
