Inviting applications for the role of Manager Advanced Analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for the rapid simulation and understanding of existing applications and technical environments to convert business requirements into detailed functional requirements and build a solution framework. Our team builds solutions that demonstrate outstanding design for our clients and their customers. Responsibilities: - Build sophisticated and large-scale datasets for statistical modeling, data mining, and visualization. - Develop ETL pipelines to move data from source systems (CRM, weblogs, etc.) into data lakes (HDFS, S3, etc.). - Perform data manipulation, wrangling, and cleansing. - Identify potential improvements and make tactical and strategic changes to the current design/processes. - Participate in multiple project discussions as a senior member of the team, taking responsibility and ownership of components/processes within the team. - Serve as a coach/mentor for junior analysts. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. - Experience involving quantitative data analysis to solve problems. - Hands-on Python development experience is a must. - Specialist in SQL and other programming languages. - Expertise with statistical software (R, Stata, SAS, Matlab). - Exposure to working on visualization tools such as Tableau. Preferred Qualifications: - Possess a combination of relevant certifications and demonstrable experience within the organization. - Experience with Tableau. - Experience with Hadoop (Pig, Scalding). - Strategy consulting experience.,
