Job Description
Eligibility criteria
1. Candidates must have completed graduation from Technical & Non-Technical courses passed out from any institute approved by AICTE/DOTE/DTE/Govt.
No PF account should be created in the past.
3.He /she holds graduation degree (MBA 2024, 2025 passed out. Candidates are eligible to enroll for the one-year program.
4. candidate should have never worked previously to any company full-time and hasnt UAN or PF account created. Once we offer, FRIPL will create new PF account
Role & responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment coordination (scheduling, candidate communication, documentation).
- Support onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain HR records and databases with accuracy.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Provide support in HR operations, compliance, and reporting tasks.
Preferred candidate profile
MBA passed out of batch 2025/2024. candidate should have never worked previously to any company full-time and hasnt UAN or PF account created. Once we offer, FRIPL will create new PF account
