Job Description

The role involves smooth HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee engagement.

Role & responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring smooth joining and documentation completion.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Support payroll data preparation, validation, and coordination with the payroll team.
Monitor and manage attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist in implementing and driving employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR operations roles.
