Job Description
- You will be responsible for utilizing your excellent Data Wrangling skills to query, join, and manipulate data, as well as automate processes as required. Your role will involve analyzing business and marketing program performance, including response, sales, incremental sales, net profit, and customer profiling. Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Qlik (dashboarding), Hadoop, GCP, and Microsoft Office is preferred for this position. As a subject matter expert, you will focus on sales, business, and financial reporting, along with Customer Analytics, Customer Experience Analytics, and Program Analytics. Additionally, you will develop and support Business Performance Metrics and Reporting (BPR) while having the opportunity to work with automotive service and parts business data. Direct interaction with clients to understand their business needs and present findings will be a crucial aspect of your role. You should be able to organize findings for business consumption, create insightful PowerPoints containing graphs, and effectively present your findings to clients and team members. Experience in complex problem solving, data manipulation, data quality, statistical analysis, and reporting is essential. Proficiency in utilizing SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik, etc., to manipulate, arrange, query, visualize, and present data will be a key requirement. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to collaborate effectively across departments and skill sets to meet client deliverables. Being a subject matter expert in an analytics specialty and holding a BA / BS or an advanced degree in relevant fields is preferred. With a minimum of 5 years of experience as an analyst, you should be an inventive and quick learner, capable of efficiently seeking out, learning, and applying new areas of expertise when required. Your highly self-motivated nature will allow you to work independently and respond effectively and timely to tasks and challenges. This position requires 4 to 10 years of experience, offering a salary ranging from 4 Lac 25 Thousand to 15 Lac P.A. within the IT Software - Application Programming / Maintenance industry. The ideal candidate should hold qualifications such as B.C.A, B.E, B.Sc, B.Tech, M.C.A, M.Tech, M.Sc, Other Bachelor Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma. Key skills for this role include Alteryx, SQL, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, MS Office, GCP, Hadoop, Qlik, Retention, Lincoln, Recall, Data Operations, and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.,
