Job Description
- As a QA Manager in our company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes to uphold regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your role will involve conducting audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain quality control. You will oversee the quality control laboratory, including testing, analysis, and reporting of fragrance and flavor products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as production, research and development, and regulatory affairs, will be essential to ensure that QA processes are integrated into all aspects of the business. Investigating and resolving quality issues, including customer complaints, will be a key aspect of your role. You will be required to implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues and ensure regulatory compliance with GMP, FDA, and EU regulations. Managing the QA budget effectively to allocate resources for quality assurance activities will also be part of your responsibilities. Please note that the salary for this position will be discussed during the interview process. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.
