Job Description

As a skilled individual in the field of Air Conditioning, Sales & Service, Customer Service, and Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems. Your role will involve assisting sales representatives by conducting site surveys, estimating project costs, and offering technical recommendations. A key aspect of this position will be interacting with customers to promptly and effectively address their inquiries, concerns, and service requests. Moreover, you will collaborate with installation teams to facilitate the setup, assembly, and installation of air conditioning systems. It will also be your responsibility to perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent system breakdowns and extend the equipment's lifespan. In addition, you will be required to maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used. It is crucial to adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure the prevention of accidents and injuries.
