Job Description
- Role Overview: As a Deputy Manager - Direct Tax at Quest Global, you will be responsible for managing direct tax-related activities including tax audit, TDS return, tax compliance, income tax regulations, corporate tax audits, and more. Your role will require a strong understanding of tax provisions, transfer pricing audits, and tax litigations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations while contributing to the company's financial well-being. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting tax audits and ensuring compliance with TDS provisions - Filing quarterly TDS returns and advance tax calculations - Preparing and filing income tax returns (ITR) - Handling litigation matters related to tax - Performing form 26AS vs TDS reconciliation - Managing forms 3CA, 3CB, and 3CD filings - Preparing current tax and deferred tax workings - Filing form 15CA/CB as required Qualifications Required: - Semi-qualified CA/MCom/MBA with 10-15 years of relevant experience - Strong knowledge of TDS provisions, tax audit, transfer pricing, and tax litigation - Experience in handling tax audits, transfer pricing audits, TDS matters, and tax litigations - Familiarity with income tax regulations and corporate tax audits About Quest Global: Quest Global is a global engineering services company focused on innovation, growth, and success.
