Job Description

    As a Head of Customer Technical Support (CTS) in the Textile Industry at Gokulanand Petrofibres, Udhna, Surat, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to customers in the textile sector. Your role will involve leading the customer technical support team to enhance product performance and ensure client satisfaction. Here's what is expected from you: Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a strong knowledge of yarn properties, applications, and performance in weaving, knitting, and finishing processes. - Offer technical support to customers regarding yarn selection, processing conditions, and quality standards. - Address and troubleshoot customer issues related to yarn performance in fabrics. - Conduct customer trials, demonstrations, and training programs. - Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new yarn grades and enhance existing products based on customer feedback. - Cultivate long-term partnerships by delivering value-added technical solutions. Qualifications Required: - BE/ME in Textile Engineering with a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in textile/yarn technical service and customer support. - Profound understanding of polyester filament yarns. - Exceptional customer handling and problems-solving abilities focusing on yarn applications. - Strong leadership skills to manage support teams effectively and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. - Proven track record of aligning customer requirements with product development strategies for business growth.
