We are currently seeking applications for the position of Management Trainee - Talent Acquisition - Process Administration. The Management Trainee will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Supply team by attracting, recruiting, and hiring exceptional leaders for key roles within the organization. The Talent Supply team is dedicated to business-aligned sourcing, ensuring repeatable process execution, continuous improvement, and acting as strategic talent partners to candidates, hiring managers, and business and HR leadership. Responsibilities: - Act as the single point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process - Collaborate with Senior Recruiters to identify ideal candidate profiles - Conduct candidate phone screens and prepare notes for Hiring Manager review - Coordinate interviews and support the offer process - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business function priorities, organizational structure, critical skills, and desirable candidate profiles - Contribute to 1-2 strategic talent acquisition initiatives Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Bachelor's degree - Previous professional recruiting experience is preferred - Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally - Capacity to engage with and influence a diverse range of stakeholders - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Preferred Qualifications / Skills: - Experience with Paradox, PeopleSoft, and SuccessFactors would be advantageous Job Details: - Job Title: Management Trainee - Primary Location: India-Hyderabad - Schedule: Full-time - Education Level: Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent - Job Posting Date: March 17, 2025, 4:22:17 PM - Master Skills List: Operations - Job Category: Full Time Join us at Genpact and be a part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to shaping the future and delivering outcomes that make a difference.,
