Define and drive the overall UI design architecture and strategy across platforms. Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components. Lead the design of intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product teams to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar is required. Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-platform design principles is essential. Experience working with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications. Applies scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems. Responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance. Requires the exercise of original thought and judgment and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. Builds skills and expertise of the software engineering discipline to meet standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role. Collaborates and acts as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.
