Job Description
- As a dealership manager in the tractor, automobile, or agriculture implements industry, your primary responsibility will be to oversee a set of dealerships and ensure they meet key business parameters such as volumes, market share, collection, deliveries, and spare part sales. You will need to establish and maintain a sustainable distribution network by appointing dealers and sub-dealers to cover the relevant markets effectively. Another crucial aspect of your role will be to guarantee the availability of well-trained staff at the dealerships, and provide guidance and support to implement various systems like MSS and Panchatantra. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the service infrastructure is in place and driving the implementation of service systems to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be involved in organizing local sales promotion campaigns, product launches, and training dealer salesmen on pre-sales and sales processes, as well as new product features and modifications. Monitoring competitor activities, gathering feedback on both competitor and in-house products, and designing and implementing incentive schemes for dealers will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will collaborate with financial institutions and banks to explore new avenues for retail financing of products. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a BE or B. Tech degree, with a preference for those with an agricultural background, although candidates from other disciplines are also encouraged to apply. With 0-10 years of experience in the industry, you will play a vital role in driving the success of the dealerships in Noida.,
