Job Description
- As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer joining our growing team, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and automating quality processes to ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality, functionality, and reliability before delivery. Your agile and software development experience will be essential in enhancing our products with improved defect rates, automation, and performance. Your responsibilities will include building tools and tests to enhance customer experiences, developing and maintaining functional and integration test cases, executing manual and automated test cases, tracking key metrics across all phases, documenting testing results, providing quality sign-off, configuring performance/load tests, incorporating client feedback into test scripts, diagnosing problems, and reporting bugs and enhancements to the Agile squad. To qualify for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in STEM or a related field, have at least 3 years of application testing experience, be skilled in use case generation, manual testing, bug lifecycle management, and relational database models. Your experience with Agile environments, bug tracking tools (JIRA, Azure TFS, Git), multi-browser and mobile systems, API testing (JSON, REST), and test automation tools (C#, JUnit/TestNG, Jenkins, Playwright, Selenium, SoapUI) will be highly beneficial.
