Quality Analyst (Manual Testing) @ Worldmove Solutions

Job Description

As an experienced Software Tester with 3-5 years of experience, your role will involve: - Performing manual testing on web and mobile applications to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards. - Designing, writing, and executing detailed test cases based on functional specifications and user stories. - Conducting functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Identifying, reporting, and tracking defects in defect tracking tools such as JIRA. - Collaborating with developers and other team members to resolve issues efficiently. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing practices and processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - 4-5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing. - Strong communication skills with the ability to present issues and solutions clearly. - A consistent career history with no significant employment gaps. - Proficiency in SQL for validating database functionality is an advantage. - Testing certification, such as ISTQB or similar, is a strong plus. - Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
