Job Description

As a Lead QA at InspironLabs, your role is crucial in ensuring high-quality software delivery. You will define test strategies, oversee test execution, develop and execute automation scripts using Selenium and Java, and manage QA resources while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Define test strategies and oversee test execution. - Develop and execute automation scripts using Selenium and Java. - Good on Manual and Automation Test plan with suitable frameworks for the project. - Manage QA resources and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver with Java. - Experience in REST API automation and test frameworks. - Working knowledge of JIRA, TestNG, Postman. - Good knowledge of Jenkins CI/CD and Gitlab. - Strong communication skills. - Experience with Agile methodology. Qualifications: - Experience: 6 to 8 years. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
