Job Description
- Role Overview: As a member of the Infosys project management team, your primary responsibility will be to take end-to-end bottom-line ownership of a project. You will be leading the proposal preparation, reviewing project estimations, and gathering inputs from key stakeholders to position Infosys effectively to secure deals. Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting project status regularly to manage risks and ensure successful project delivery will also be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will be coaching the team, providing subject matter training, and inspiring team members through feedback and recognition for high performance. Your contribution to creating thought leadership within the technology specialization area while adhering to Infosys guidelines, policies, and norms will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Lead proposal preparation and review project estimations - Schedule assignments, monitor, review, and report project status regularly - Coach and provide subject matter training for the team - Motivate and inspire team members through effective feedback and recognition - Contribute to creating thought leadership within the technology specialization area - Ensure compliance with guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of project management fundamentals - Familiarity with project lifecycles, estimation methodologies, and quality processes - Knowledge of programming languages, architecture frameworks, and design principles - Ability to comprehend and manage technology performance engineering - Basic domain knowledge to understand business requirements and functionality - Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and task management - Coordination of project resources to meet objectives and timelines - Collaboration with business and technology subject matter experts - Experience in assessing requirements, defining scope, creating estimates, and producing project charters - Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies - Awareness of the latest technologies and trends - Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills Note: Preferred skills include expertise in Cloud Platform (GCP Database) and Project Management.,
