Job Description
- As a Senior Consultant in Organization Change Management at Infosys Consulting's Talent & Organization Practice, your role involves leading the organization change management track in large-scale transformation projects, such as Digital Transformation, AI&I programs, and Large ERP transformation programs. You will work as an effective change management consultant, either independently or by leading a change team, to assist clients in their transformation journeys. Your responsibilities will include creating effective technology and non-technology solutions, managing and motivating client stakeholders and Infosys team members, developing thought leadership, and participating in practice building activities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead organization change management track in large scale transformation projects - Assist clients in their transformation journeys as a change management consultant - Create effective technology and non-technology solutions focusing on change strategy, impact assessment, and mitigation strategies - Manage and motivate client stakeholders and Infosys team members - Develop thought leadership and contribute to business development - Participate in practice building activities to enhance change management capabilities Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in top-tier consulting post MBA - Experience as a change management specialist in technology/non-technology driven transformation programs - Hands-on experience in end-to-end change management interventions in transformation programs - Comfortable working with digital solutions in technology-driven transformation programs - Experience in developing change strategy for large scale transformation programs - Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to deliver high-impact communications to senior stakeholders - Strong executive-level relationship building skills - Past experience in Management consulting with Consulting firms - Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, PCI) will be an added advantage Join us at Infosys Consulting's Talent & Organization Practice and be a part of our dynamic team driving change and transformation across various industries.
