Your responsibilities may include detecting, diagnosing, and responding in real-time to system anomalies, optimizing system performance remotely, assisting with installation and commissioning, handling device management, and supporting user acceptance testing. You will collaborate with key stakeholders in sales and service to ensure consistent and efficient system management. Additionally, you will be required to work night shifts on a rotating basis.
