Job Title: BPO Customer Support Executive (Voice & Non-Voice) Domestic & International Process
Location: Bangalore
Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA

Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic Customer Support Executives for voice and non-voice processes across domestic and international BPO operations. Your role will involve handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and/or chat/email support

• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (English for international process; regional language skills a plus for domestic

• Ability to work in rotational shifts
