Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
- Support employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Coordinate and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
- Contribute to performance management processes such as goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.
- Assist in Learning & Development initiatives, training coordination, and tracking.
- Maintain and update HR records, employee data, and documentation.
- Support HR operations including payroll inputs, insurance, and compliance activities.
- Work on HR projects and contribute to process improvements.
What Were Looking For:
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/Graduate in HR or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
