We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in the General Insurance industry to drive end-to-end hiring for mid to senior-level positions. The role involves building strong talent pipelines, market mapping, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid & senior-level roles in the General Insurance domain.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand talent needs.
Conduct market mapping and build a strong database of industry professionals.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports using Excel.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
26 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Insurance / BFSI sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel.
Proven track record in closing leadership and niche roles.
