Job Description
Overview
As the IT Manager of Enterprise Automation & AI Enablement, you will lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency and employee experience through automation, AI experimentation, and intelligent workflow design. You will work across teams to implement scalable solutions using Microsoft technologies, scripting, RPA, GenAI, and ML, while helping the organization measure and optimize impact through KPIs and performance metrics.
This role is ideal for a technically proficient, execution-focused leader who thrives on innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and execution of automation strategies aligned with enterprise goals.
- Identify and assess opportunities for automation across departments, focusing on both traditional and AI-enhanced solutions.
- Contribute to the adoption of agentic AI and GenAI tools to improve workflow adaptability and decision-making.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead the design and deployment of automation solutions using RPA platforms, scripting languages, and Microsoft cloud-based tools (e.g., Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps).
- Ensure automation solutions integrate effectively with existing systems and meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure technical alignment and reliability.
AI Experimentation & Enablement
- Actively experiment with GenAI and ML technologies to identify practical use cases for intelligent automation.
- Partner with AI/ML teams to embed adaptive capabilities into workflows and explore human-in-the-loop models.
- Stay current with emerging trends in agentic AI and intelligent orchestration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand process challenges and recommend automation opportunities.
- Work closely with AI/ML teams to embed intelligent capabilities into automation workflows.
- Communicate project progress, value, and impact to stakeholders across functions.
Governance, Measurement & Optimization
- Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of automation initiatives on productivity, cost savings, and business outcomes.
- Support governance processes to ensure automation initiatives meet quality, compliance, and risk management standards.
- Maintain documentation and best practices for automation development and deployment.
- Continuously evaluate and refine automation strategies based on performance data and evolving business needs.
