Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. To ensure vehicles are placed on time as per schedule and as per the load, followup with vendors and escalate if there are any issues.

2. Maintain data for each dispatch, analyse cost and ensure proper checking of bills, coordination with accounts for timely payment to transporters.

3. Coordinate with the loading supervisor to ensure the vehicles are loaded on time. Has to prepare different reports and share them with the Transport Manager.

4. Share with Manager issues faced during DC/store dispatch.

5. Has to handle drivers, should be able to get the work done from them systematically.

6. Reports to Manager Transport.
