- As a Manager/Sr Manager in the Automotive Practice at Accenture, you will have the opportunity to work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients, solve complex client problems, and drive digital transformations in the SAP Platforms landscape. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Being a part of the Intelligent Functions team to support Platforms-driven business design and assessment - Providing solutions for complex client problems across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape - Working as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect and supporting with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests - Engaging with clients to understand their requirements, define solutions, and develop roadmaps - Creating innovative solution designs utilizing extensive service offerings - Supporting business development activities and shaping the solution plan for SAP transformations - Integrating with different ERP Solutions including SAP and creating proof of concepts as required To excel in this role, you will need to showcase the following skills and qualifications: - Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues - Strong project management skills - Effective presentation and public speaking skills - Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and drive continuous innovation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical skills to gather data-driven insights - Cross-cultural competence to thrive in a dynamic environment - Experience in SAP S4 HANA MM/ Ariba/ FICO/ PPDS/ VMS/ SPP/ SD/PP/QM/ eWM/ IBP with 7-15 years of experience - Prior experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation and working on large-scale transformation programs Accenture is a leading global professional services company that provides services in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations.
