We are currently seeking applications for the position of Manager, Order to Cash. We are looking for an individual with a comprehensive understanding of the entire order to cash process, including various invoice types such as Manual, Consolidated, and Automated. The ideal candidate should thrive in a high-pressure business environment, excel at working within strict deadlines, exhibit strong teamwork skills, and have experience managing a team of approximately 20 to 25 individuals. As the Manager, Order to Cash, your responsibilities will include overseeing all activities related to the O2C domain. This involves validating Purchase Order (PO) requests for billing, investigating discrepancies between POs and invoices, managing collections and dispute resolution, maintaining customer relationships, meeting collections targets, participating in governance meetings, identifying process improvement opportunities, and ensuring effective communication with internal departments. Qualifications we are looking for: Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (MBA in Finance preferred) - Relevant work experience in Order to Cash Preferred qualifications: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel - Knowledge of SAP and experience in generating reports from SAP would be advantageous If you are a dynamic professional with a strong background in Order to Cash processes and possess the qualifications mentioned above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Genpact.,
