    Role Overview: As a Product Sales Manager-Trade Sales in Wholesale Banking, your main role is to drive asset and revenue growth for the Trade product among Wholesale Banking clients. You will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and implementing funded and non-funded trade business for both existing and new clients. Your collaboration with the client coverage team and risk team will be crucial in managing the portfolio risk effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Build and expand the bank's Trade Finance & Services portfolio and overall business. - Develop detailed account plans and execution strategies for each client, conducting periodic reviews to ensure alignment with the account plan. - Identify corporate clients with strong Trade potential (New-To-Bank clients). - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of competitors" products and the market landscape in Trade and Capital Account business. - Provide valuable inputs on products, service levels, and product features to the product and strategy teams to contribute to the development of a best-in-class Transaction Banking product suite. - Contribute to the sales strategy for establishing Trade Finance and services. - Own, articulate, and execute the business strategy, encompassing product development management, sales, and service delivery to achieve trade targets. - Update and train Relationship Managers on Trade & Capital Account Products. - Ensure timely implementation of client deals and assist in resolving transactional queries. - Manage deferrals promptly and build industry knowledge in specific sectors to effectively manage the portfolio. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any discipline. - Post-graduation in any field. - 5-10 years of experience in product sales.
