Job Description
- You will be working as a Process Associate in the Order to Cash department at Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm. Your role will involve handling day-to-day operations, maintaining service level agreements (SLA), and resolving queries related to cash application while ensuring effective coordination with customers. Your responsibilities will include making collection calls to customers, sending invoices via email/fax or mail as per customer requests, identifying and rectifying unidentified cash, processing cash applications, and reconciling orders to match customer books. You will be required to handle end-to-end cash application processes, follow up on customer/internal disputes, and collaborate with different departments to resolve issues effectively. To be eligible for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) and possess strong English language skills, both verbal and written. Freshers are welcome to apply. Preferred qualifications include significant experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, India.
