Job Description
- As a Lead Associate-FE Analysis at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and creating Tableau dashboards while ensuring data accuracy and resolving any report extraction issues. Your rich experience in FE modeling using ANSYS (Workbench & APDL) and HYPERMESH, along with expertise in Static (Linear and Non-Linear) Analysis, Dynamic analysis, and HCF/LCF fatigue analysis will be instrumental in analyzing various mechanical components" systems and sub-systems. Additionally, knowledge of Composites and Fatigue analysis would be advantageous. Your responsibilities will include utilizing your skills in FE modeling, dynamic analysis, and fatigue analysis to enhance the performance and reliability of mechanical components. Excellent communication and presentation skills will be key in effectively conveying your findings and recommendations to stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field. Preferred skills include knowledge of ABAQUS, Patran, and Nastran, which will further strengthen your capabilities in FE analysis.
