- Role Overview: Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) is a global organization consisting of strategic sellers, industry and security experts, engineers, data scientists, architects, consultants, and delivery specialists. Together with partners, you will assist Microsoft's strategic customers in addressing their unique challenges by providing comprehensive and industry-specific solutions. ISD focuses on innovation, driving value throughout customers" digital and AI transformation journey via cutting-edge solutions powered by Microsoft Cloud and AI technology. Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager (CPM), you will play a crucial role in enabling successful outcomes for both Microsoft and customers by overseeing delivery teams. Your responsibilities include: - Orchestrating delivery teams to ensure successful project completion - Governing a single engagement or a portfolio of projects - Removing barriers and driving successful outcomes - Managing project interdependencies, critical path, milestones, and deliverables - Reporting on program status to stakeholders - Contributing towards Domain initiatives - Identifying and managing key program objectives, risks, and drivers - Tracking, managing, and reporting program financials - Participating in post-project reviews to promote organizational learning - Maintaining readiness through training programs and certifications - Managing partners and ensuring quality project delivery - Reporting status and managing executive communications - Monitoring project and practice health metrics - Working on pre-sale estimations and change requests Qualifications: Required/Minimum Qualifications: - A graduate with 12+ years of experience, including 4+ years of Project Management experience - Excellent communication skills - Demonstrated management of medium to large complexity projects involving employees, customers, and partners Additional Or Preferred Qualifications: - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - 4+ years of financial management experience - Agile certification such as Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification,
