- As a Project Lead based in Kolkata (Onsite - Saltlake) with 5+ years of experience, your role will involve overseeing task planning, allocation, and tracking for development projects. You will be responsible for efficient task assignment and timely progress reporting. Your expertise in LAMP stack development (specifically Laravel, CodeIgniter), API security, and knowledge of mobile development (Flutter/Firebase) and AI technologies like OpenAI and Gemini will be crucial for the role. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate task assignment and project timelines for efficient task planning & allocation. - Track progress and update management on task statuses for effective task monitoring & reporting. - Oversee secure API design and integrations for API Development & Integration. - Lead team collaborations, sprint planning, and mentoring for effective Collaboration & Leadership. - Guide the development of scalable infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud test labs for Architecture & Infrastructure. - Manage mobile development (Flutter/Firebase) and integrate AI technologies into projects for Mobile & AI Integration. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors in Computer Science or related field; PMP/Scrum Master certification is a plus. - 3+ years of experience in LAMP stack development (Laravel, CodeIgniter), REST/GraphQL API design and security, mobile development using Flutter/Firebase with cloud-based emulators, and AI integration experience (OpenAI, Gemini). - Proven ability to manage and mentor development teams. Skills: - Strong expertise in LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), API development, and security best practices. - Proficiency in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and scalable solutions. - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Desired Attributes: - Strong multitasking and project management capabilities. - Proactive approach to task allocation and project delivery. - Ability to adapt to new technologies, particularly in web, mobile, and AI.
