Role: Performance Testing (System Analyst)
Experience Required: 510 years
Work Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Mumbai / Indore

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize performance testing tools such as LoadRunner; exposure to APM tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic is expected.
• Work extensively with protocols including Web-HTTP, Java Vuser, and Webservices.
• Independently manage requirement analysis, test design, execution, and results evaluation.
• Develop customized scripts in Java and C to optimize and enhance VuGen scripts.
• Interpret performance test results and collaborate with development teams for defect analysis and resolution.
• Monitor production system performance, replicate workloads in test environments, and identify potential performance bottlenecks.
• Analyze database performance (SQL or Mongo) and provide recommendations.
• Work with OS internals, file systems, storage, networking protocols, and cloud infrastructure technologies.
• Technical Expertise
• Performance Testing Tools: LoadRunner (HTTP/HTML, Webservices, Java Protocol)
• Monitoring Tools: AppDynamics, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Splunk, Kibana, Grafana, Datadog
• Databases: SQL or MongoDB
• Other Skills: Unix basics, understanding of AWS/Azure concepts
• Domain Advantage: Prior experience in Banking/Finance projects
• Good to Have
• Strong background in Java programming
• Knowledge of Performance Engineering and Tuning

Educational Qualification

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum 50% aggregate across 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
