Job Description
- As the Product Head of the Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical at Deal4loans, you will have the pivotal role of managing and overseeing the LAP division. Your responsibilities will include enhancing the LAP team's capabilities through providing product knowledge and formulating effective sales strategies. You will also be tasked with nurturing existing relationships with banks and NBFCs while also establishing new partnerships. Managing the sales team and collaborating with the technology, marketing, and communication departments to expand the business will be part of your core duties. Additionally, you will be expected to independently manage relationships with banks and NBFCs. The ideal candidate for this role should have a profound understanding of the LAP business, backed by at least 3 years of experience in LAP sales. A strong grasp of company cash flow and financials is essential. Being an independent problem solver is crucial, as you will be required to address partner concerns autonomously and in a timely manner. A high-energy individual with a company-first, team-first, and positive attitude is highly sought after.
