Urgent job opening for Senior Sales & Marketing Executive HVAC Cleanroom at Thane.


Territory: Pan India (with focus on key pharma clusters)


Job Summary

The Senior Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and supporting business growth for HVAC and cleanroom projects. This role requires a mix of technical knowledge and sales skills to engage with pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare clients, prepare proposals, and assist in achieving revenue targets. Coordination with internal teams such as estimation, design, and execution will be essential for delivering tailored solutions to clients.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate new business leads and opportunities for HVAC and cleanroom solutions.
  2. Visit clients, consultants, and contractors regularly to present company offerings.
  3. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial offers.
  4. Support Regional Manager in negotiations and deal closures.
  5. Maintain and update client database, sales pipeline, and activity reports.
  6. Coordinate with Estimation & Design teams for BOQ, drawings, and proposals.
  7. Ensure follow-up with clients for payments and after-sales support.
  8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  9. Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings to promote the company brand.
  10. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Science background (preferred).
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in HVAC/Cleanroom/Pharma engineering projects.
  • Prior experience in B2B industrial/project sales will be an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of HVAC and cleanroom systems.
  • Ability to read BOQs/drawings (preferred).
  • Good command of MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
