Job Description: As a Staff Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Matria Hospital, located in Calicut, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care to newborns in the NICU. Your responsibilities will include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare team members, educating families on care procedures, and maintaining patient records. You will also assist in medical procedures and ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care to newborns in the NICU - Monitor vital signs and administer medications - Collaborate with healthcare team members - Educate families on care procedures - Maintain patient records - Assist in medical procedures - Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols Qualifications Required: - Experience in neonatal care, pediatric nursing, and working in an NICU setting - Skills in monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and patient care - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in maintaining patient records and ensuring compliance with protocols - Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent, with current nursing license - Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred Note: Interested candidates can share their CV at hidden_email / hidden_mobile.,
