We are currently seeking applications for the position of Vice President, Finance & Accounting Operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the entire value chain in F&A across the Insurance and Banking industry within a fast-paced business environment. This role is based out of NCR. Responsibilities: - Taking ownership of day-to-day operations to ensure predictable output and overseeing key business metrics like aging and supplier escalations - Building a network within the organization to establish relationships at all levels, including decision-makers and influencers - Setting clear, ambitious, and achievable transformation objectives aligned with the company's strategic vision - Engaging with clients, understanding their requirements and expectations, and delivering tailored solutions - Driving end-to-end business impact and productivity improvements to achieve best-in-class implementations and streamline onshore/offshore operations - Managing service delivery from inception to steady state and providing necessary support to the Business Development team - Adapting to changing environments and client needs by offering innovative solutions - Managing large, complex business and operations teams effectively - Overseeing the design, implementation, and support of knowledge for the F&A domain and reviewing solution implementation collaboratively Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - MBA, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, preferably Chartered Accountant - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in client relationship management - Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated financial analytical skills and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. - Sound understanding of F&A processes, including AP, AR, R2R, FP&A concepts, key controls, and the ability to manage large teams in a remote environment Join us at Genpact and be a part of our dynamic team dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in the world of Finance & Accounting Operations.,
