We are currently seeking applications for the position of Manager/Senior Manager - Life Insurance Operations. As part of this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, developing a strategy to achieve organizational goals, and effectively communicating instructions to team members. You will also be required to monitor the team's performance, provide mentorship as needed, and manage day-to-day operations efficiently. Additionally, creating reports to update the company on the team's progress, building rapport with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered at all times are key responsibilities. Qualifications we are looking for in a candidate include relevant experience in Life Insurance Operations, particularly in Life Policy Admin, a strong background in team handling, graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with partners and peers. Preferred qualifications include good problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, project management experience, and a positive attitude towards operational improvement and change.
