Job Description

    As an Assistant Manager Human Capital at Emoha, you will play a key role in driving the Employee Experience and Talent Acquisition strategies to align with the organization's business goals. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with business leaders to identify talent needs, attract exceptional candidates, and oversee the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit. In this role, you will focus on delivering an exceptional employee experience by managing various HR operations such as onboarding, induction, transfers, promotions, and exits for both full-time and contractual staff. You will work towards enhancing process efficiency, meeting stakeholder expectations, and utilizing data-driven insights to support decision-making and performance programs. Effective communication on policy changes, HR initiatives, and employee-related matters will be crucial, along with proactive management of employee relations issues in accordance with guidelines. Regarding Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with leadership to define hiring needs, sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates. Maintaining talent pipelines, promoting workplace diversity, ensuring inclusive hiring practices, and delivering a seamless candidate experience will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, conducting background verifications and maintaining complete documentation in HR systems will be essential. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with direct sourcing exposure and 3 years in HR Operations. Strong skills in recruitment methods, HR best practices, communication, interpersonal relations, organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office tools are required. A start-up mindset, sound judgment, discretion with confidential information, and an MBA degree (preferably from a Tier 1/2 institution) are also preferred qualifications.
