Job Description

    Role Overview: You will be joining Siemens as a Key Account Manager in India, responsible for driving growth, fostering client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives with the Key Account for Siemens Ltd. Your role will require a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership skills, along with exceptional communication abilities to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating an Account Business Plan outlining a 3-5 year Key Account strategy based on the strategic goals of the Key Customer and market knowledge, in collaboration with relevant Siemens organizations, considering industry trends and competitive landscapes. - Establish strong connections among relevant stakeholders of the customer and Siemens, ensuring effective executive coverage to facilitate timely collection of receivables. - Conduct geographical and vertical customer mapping with Siemens, identifying potential areas for Siemens aligned with Business Units, and develop new markets using a value-selling approach to maximize Siemens share of wallet and profitability. - Engage in early capex planning with favorable specifications, connect sales with key decision-makers of the customer organization, and ensure uniformity in offerings when multiple Business Units are involved. - Explore technology partnerships and cross-selling opportunities, leveraging Siemens Xcelerator, and develop use/reference cases for Siemens Xcelerator for the Key Account. Qualifications Required: - More than 5 years of customer-facing experience. - Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach, analytical skills, and strategic thinking. - Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude, proficient in professional communication and presentation techniques. - Familiarity with Siemens portfolio and technology, project management, problem-solving skills, as well as selling and negotiation skills with relevant experience.
