- As a Software Developer - JAVA Full Stack at Scheron Hasler Group, you will be an integral part of the team driving innovation and excellence in high-power electrical and electronic equipment solutions worldwide. Here is what will be expected from you: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for backend development using Java and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot and Spring Data. Your expertise in building RESTful APIs and designing scalable microservices architectures will be crucial in ensuring the precision and reliability of our solutions. Additionally, your hands-on experience with reactive programming and non-blocking I/O using frameworks like Spring WebFlux or Project Reactor will be highly valued. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strong experience in backend development using Java and the Spring ecosystem - Expertise in building RESTful APIs and designing scalable microservices architectures - Hands-on experience with reactive programming and non-blocking I/O - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 - Basic to intermediate experience with Angular (v16+) - Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) fundamentals - Familiarity with functional programming concepts and modern JS patterns - Strong understanding of mobile development for iOS & Android - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases - Proficiency in version control systems, especially Git - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and bug-free code - A strong research & development mindset - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in computer science (BSC / MSC / MAS / MCA) or equivalent - Senior in the area of software application development (6+ years of experience) - Exposure to or hands-on experience in native mobile app development (Android or iOS) - Jasper report development - Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS - Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries - Fluent English is a must Join us at Scheron Hasler Group, where we foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
