Job Description
- You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of mutual fund products which includes ideation, design, regulatory approvals, launch, and performance tracking. Your role will involve conducting in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and investor behavior analysis to identify product gaps and innovation opportunities. It is crucial to ensure alignment of products with the investment philosophy, regulatory requirements, and investor suitability norms. As a successful candidate, you will need to develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve AUM targets across retail, HNI, institutional, and digital channels. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key distribution partners such as banks, IFAs, national distributors, and digital platforms will be a key aspect of this role. To be eligible for this position, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in mutual fund/asset management companies with proven success in both product and sales roles. A deep understanding of mutual fund regulations (SEBI guidelines), investor risk profiling, and product suitability framework is essential. Furthermore, you should possess proven leadership abilities to effectively manage cross-functional teams and distribution networks.
