Renewal Executive/Health Insurance @ smc insurance

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Call existing customers to remind and assist with their upcoming health insurance renewals.
  
• Provide accurate policy details, renewal benefits, premium amounts, and other relevant information.
  
• Address customer queries and concerns related to policy coverage, documents, or renewal processes.
  
• Upsell or cross-sell additional coverage or top-ups, where appropriate.
  
• Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and renewal status in the CRM system.
  
• Follow up diligently with clients until renewal is completed.
  
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly renewal targets.
  
• Coordinate with internal departments (underwriting, customer service, etc.) as needed.
  
• Ensure all communications adhere to company standards and IRDAI regulations.
  

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
  
• 12 years of experience in telecalling / customer service / insurance renewals.
  
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and [local/regional languages].
  
• Basic understanding of health insurance products (training will be provided).
  
• Good listening skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software is a plus.
