Job Description
- As a Developer, your role will involve developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications. Additionally, you will participate in design, code, and QA walkthroughs and reviews. It will also be your responsibility to develop and review project estimates and assumptions during planning and at key project milestones, validating the development approach and assumptions underlying the project plans and work plans. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for designing and developing scalable web applications - Participate in design, code, and QA walkthroughs and reviews - Develop and review project estimates and assumptions - Validate the development approach and assumptions underlying project plans and work plans Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field - 3+ years of hands-on experience in Software development - 3+ years of hands-on experience in React (preferred), Angular or Vue.js, JavaScript and/or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS & SCSS/SASS/LESS - Strong understanding of OOP principles - Familiarity with CSS methodologies like OOCSS/BEM/SMACSS is a plus - Experience with Node.js, Next.js, CI/CD, Azure/AWS is a plus - Proficiency in unit testing and relevant frameworks (Jest/Mocha) is nice to have - Knowledge of web accessibility and SEO best practices is a plus - Previous experience working in a distributed SCRUM team is a bonus In addition, it is important to possess excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences are necessary. Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, will be crucial for success in this role.
