Job Description

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing tools
•     Screen resumes and candidate profiles to match job requirements
•     Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates
•     Assist in outreach and engagement of passive candidates
•     Design and update job descriptions to reflect evolving requirements
•     Advertise job openings across multiple platforms and channels
•     Conduct interviews (via phone, video, and in-person)
•     Coordinate with internal hiring managers
•     Provide ongoing communication and support throughout the selection process
