Job Description

As an Assistant Professor in Computer Science & Engineering at an Autonomous Engineering College in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality technical education to undergraduate students. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Delivering lectures - Conducting tutorials - Preparing academic content - Mentoring students in core and elective CSE subjects You will also actively participate in curriculum development, research activities, and student development initiatives to contribute to the academic excellence of the institution. To excel in this role, you should hold an M.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized university. Strong subject knowledge in areas such as Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, DBMS, AI/ML, or emerging technologies is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a passion for teaching and learning, will be key attributes for success in this position. Preferred skills that would be advantageous include: - Certifications in programming languages, cloud computing, AI/ML, or cybersecurity - Exposure to research or project work during post-graduation - Familiarity with outcome-based education (OBE) and academic ERP tools This role offers career growth opportunities such as participation in Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), research programs, and Ph.D. sponsorships.
